Account data such as name, email and business details; content you connect or upload, such as messages, calls, bookings and knowledge-base documents; and usage data such as device, pages viewed and feature usage.

To run the service, deliver AI replies and bookings on your behalf, provide support, secure the platform, bill you and improve KnoDesk. We do not sell personal data.

When you use KnoDesk to talk to your customers, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. We process it only on your instructions.

We share data with sub-processors that help us run the service, such as hosting, messaging and telephony providers, under contracts that require appropriate protection. We disclose data when required by law.

We keep data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and backup purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
